The Parliamentary Training Institute (PTI), the apex capacity-building arm of the Parliament of Ghana, is formally inviting experienced trainers, professionals, and subject-matter experts to join its National Facilitator Database.
As the institution mandated to strengthen legislative effectiveness across Ghana's constitutional functions — legislation, oversight, representation, and institutional governance — PTI is assembling a distinguished pool of facilitators to power its national and international training programmes.

Who Should Apply?
Seasoned professionals with substantial expertise and practical experience in parliamentary or comparable governance environments. Proficiency in adult learning methodologies, curriculum design, and executive-level facilitation is an added advantage.
